15 Minutes per month of Phone Tech Support Included.
$75.00 Remote Controlled Support per Hour.
$50.00 Bench Fee on all repairs.
$50.00 Same Day emergency Charge.
Client receives an In-Store Credit in the amount of $150.00 Per year
(to use on any LABOR Services (Credit is equal to One (1) Clean/Debug/optimize Service))

Tier 2 : Household (Multiple System) Service Tier
($24.00/Month or $240.00/Year)

Discount of $25% off all Labor Charges.
Discount of 10% off all parts.
Covers up to 4 Computer Systems in a Single household
Eligible for 24/7 Support as well as Same Day & Emergency Services.
1 Hour per month of Phone Tech Support Included.
$50.00 Remote Controlled Support per Hour.
No Bench Fees on any repairs.
Priority queue for Emergency Services.
Client receives an In-Store Credit in the amount of $300.00 Per year

24/7 Support including Front of Line Priority and Emergency Services.
30 Minutes per month Per computer of Phone Tech Support Included.
$30.00 Remote Controlled Support per Hour.
