Tier 1: Individual Service Plan (monthly)
Our baseline plan, made for one person with a single computer or a two-computer setup, such as a laptop and a desktop at home. Choose this plan if you are the only one who will be receiving service.
- 10% off any labor not covered by the plan
- 15 minutes of phone tech support every month, included
- Remote support at $75 per hour
- $50 flat bench fee on all in-shop repairs
- $150 in-store credit every year on your plan anniversary, good for any labor
- Support during business hours (Mon–Fri, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
- Eligible for same-day and emergency service (an additional $50)

Business plans
Every business is different, so business plans are built around the number of people, computers and servers you have and how quickly you need a response. Plans can include:

Not ready for a plan?
No problem. Most of our customers start with a single repair. Break-fix service means no contract and no monthly fee: you call when something breaks and pay only for that job.

Can I upgrade from a single repair to a plan later?
Of course. Many customers join after their first repair.
